Active Accounts

Data is retained while services remain active.

Account Closure

Following account termination:

• User data retained for up to 90 days
• Audit logs retained for up to 12 months
• System backups retained for up to 30 days

Deletion Requests

Customers may request deletion of data by contacting us via the contact form

Where legal obligations require retention, deletion may be delayed or restricted.

Third-Party Integrations

Disconnecting QuickBooks, XERO, Sage or other integrations prevents future data synchronisation but may not remove historical data already imported.
