6ELA Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the 6ELA platform (“Platform”).
6ELA is intellectual property owned by Axolotl Capital Holdings Limited and is operated under licence by Talk Nerdy To Me Consultancy Limited (“6ELA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
6ELA provides software designed to assist businesses with:
- Accounts receivable management
- Debtor engagement workflows
- Payment collection processes
- Customer communications
- Operational reporting
- Automation and workflow management
- Integration with accounting and business systems
6ELA is a software platform only and does not provide legal advice, financial advice, debt counselling, or regulated credit services.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes
You remain solely responsible for all communications, actions, and decisions made through the Platform.
4. Subscription & Fees
Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, content, systems, workflows, methodologies, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with 6ELA remain the property of Axolotl Capital Holdings Limited.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or economic losses.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where:
- These Terms are breached
- Fees remain unpaid
- Security concerns arise
- Required by law
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
